Standard Domain Name Dispute Resolution

We provide a cost effective approach to resolving your domain name disputes. We’ll assess and develop with you a strategy that will allow you to gain the right to the domain name of your choice. Our fee includes unlimited consultation, the preparation and filing of an initial grievance, as well as any other work or document preparation that relates to your case. This fee also includes work performed on a second domain name, should it be necessary, so long as it bears a relationship to the initial filing. Perhaps most importantly, we’ll protect your business interests by ensuring that your domain name case is the strongest it can possibly be before it’s submitted to arbitration.

In addition to performing the necessary legal work, the included consultation will provide you with methods to optimize your business by teaching you "secrets" on how to avoid becoming a victim to cyber-piracy.

Standard Case Assessment & Review

From $795 US

We recognize that not every person or business can afford the costs associated with domain name arbitrations. In our attempt to meet our objective and serve not only growing businesses but those individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, we offer a preliminary assessment of your case. This option allows clients to sample our services, as well as gain insight into their individual case, which may be used at a later date. Our service includes 3 hours of research and 1 hour of consultation time. It will provide you with a preliminary analysis of the obvious risks associated with your case.

Standard Website Review

From $495 US 

In our experience we’ve discovered that most businesses are unaware of potential problems for infringement when they portray the trademarks of others on their website(s). In some cases, even where licensing agreements have been granted, additional steps should be taken to ensure proper compliance. This service includes 2 hours of reviewing your website’s legal issues and any additional research as well as 1 hour of consultation, which, by the end, will equip your business with the tools necessary to reduce your business’ susceptibly to liability from your online operations. In addition, for an additional fee we can draft specifically tailored contracts (in the event that your business sells goods or services directly online), as well as important “terms and conditions,” which can further reduce your company’s exposure to liability.

Standard Cease and Desist Letters

From $195 US

Often a letter, indicating that a business is willing to take serious action in the event that its demands are not met, is enough to prompt another party into action. We offer this service primarily in conjunction with our Standard Domain Name Resolution, with the hope that further action is not necessary. While the issuing of a cease and desist letter by itself is a common legal practice, in the context of domain portfolio management extra precautions are necessary. Notably, maintaining a record of the domain in dispute, can be a vital piece of evidence later on down the road in the event of litigation or arbitration. This option includes the establishment and maintenance of that record, and like our Standard Case Assessment and Review offering, any fees incurred for this service may be put toward the later initiation of a domain name arbitration.
